Capital Electric is seeking an Inventory Control Quality Auditor Supervisor to lead the ICQA team, ensuring 100% inventory data accuracy and robust audit processes. You will direct cycle counts, investigate variances, and implement long‑term corrective actions across all warehouse zones.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration with warehousing leadership to reduce delays while maintaining safety and compliance in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse inventory control, quality auditing, or logistics with supervisory experience
• Strong WMS/ERP proficiency and advanced Excel skills
• Deep understanding of cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and root‑cause analysis
• Clear verbal and written communication; ability to share feedback and coordinate across teams
• Experience with warehouse equipment and safety protocols

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor ICQA associates and coordinators; manage schedules and metrics.
• Plan and direct routine quality audits, cycle counts, and inspections across zones.
• Investigate variances, track error trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure real‑time data integrity and accurate stock adjustments.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Leader to minimize delays and resolve discrepancies.
• Enforce safety and quality standards on the floor
