Job summary

Amazon is seeking an ICQA Operations Manager to own inventory control and quality assurance in our Oklahoma City fulfillment center. You will lead the ICQA team, drive safety, and ensure accurate metrics while delivering on customer obsession.

This role requires 3+ years of people management, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong communication skills. You will work with Area Managers, be involved in SOX controls, and partner with site leadership to improve processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the ICQA department including Area Managers, Process Assistants, hourly ICQA count associates, the Inbound Service Support team and the hourly damage processing associates.
• Own the implementation of network safety actions and create FC specific ICQA safety actions and compliance to safety goals.
• Manage the ICQA team count and execution strategy to achieve department goals while ensuring SOX controllership.
