Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior professional to support requirements development for an enterprise IGA solution using Okta Identity Governance (OIG). The role focuses on identity lifecycle, JML processes, and governance workflows, with emphasis on training and change adoption for end users.

You will develop SOPs, job aids, and communications, and facilitate UAT to ensure solution readiness. Strong collaboration with stakeholders is essential in a security-cleared, on-site DC environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall work experience.
• Experience in IT modernization or ICAM/identity operations.
• Experience in requirements development, workflow documentation, and training.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle processes (JML) and access governance.
• Experience facilitating UAT and documenting test results.
• Ability to develop clear SOPs, quick-reference guides, and training content.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Active and MAINTAINED TOP SECRET clearance; US citizenship required.
• Ability to work on site in Washington, DC, 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements development for an enterprise IGA solution using Okta Identity Governance (OIG).
• Document JML identity lifecycle requirements, governance workflows, role models, and related process updates.
• Build training materials for access requests, attestation/certification cycles, provisioning workflows, and end-user adoption.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) for workflow automation, approvals, and connector behavior, and help validate solution readiness.
• Develop SOPs, quick-reference guides, job aids, and user communications to support change management and adoption readiness.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather feedback, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement of the solution.
