Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced change-focused analyst to support an enterprise IGA solution using Okta Identity Governance. The role emphasizes lifecycle management, governance workflows, and training for end-users.

Key responsibilities include documenting JML requirements, leading UAT, developing SOPs and user communications, and coordinating with stakeholders to drive adoption and continuous improvement. On-site in Washington, DC, with Top Secret clearance and US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of overall work experience.
• Experience in IT modernization, ICAM/identity operations, or process engineering.
• Experience supporting requirements development, workflow documentation, and training for enterprise IT or identity solutions.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle processes, including joiner/mover/leaver (JML) activities, access governance, and role-based workflows.
• Experience facilitating UAT, documenting test results, and supporting solution validation.
• Ability to develop clear, user-friendly documentation, SOPs, and training content.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Active and maintained TOP SECRET clearance; US Citizenship required.
• Ability to work on site in Washington, DC, 5 days per week.

What You Will Do

What You Will Need

• Experience supporting requirements development, workflow documentation, and training for enterprise IT or identity solutions.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle processes, including joiner/mover/leaver (JML) activities, access governance, and role-based workflows.
• Experience facilitating UAT, documenting test results, and supporting solution validation.
• Ability to develop clear, user-friendly documentation, SOPs, and training content.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.
• US Citizenship is contractually required.
• Ability to work on site in Washington, DC, 5 days per week.

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Experience with Okta OIG or other identity governance and administration (IGA) platforms.
• Experience supporting change management and adoption strategies for enterprise technology implementations.
• Familiarity with access request, attestation, provisioning, and governance automation processes.
• Experience working in a cybersecurity or defense-related environment.
• Prior experience creating training materials, quick-reference guides, and end-user communications for enterprise system rollouts.

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
