Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an Engineering professional to implement Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, primarily with Okta Identity Governance (OIG). You will build lifecycle automation, SCIM connectors, and policy-driven governance, collaborating with security and IT teams to deliver scalable identity controls.

The role requires hands-on experience in IGA, lifecycle automation, and strong troubleshooting and data validation skills, with a Top Secret clearance and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IGA engineering experience.
• Experience with identity lifecycle automation.
• Experience with Okta Identity Governance or similar IGA platform.

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on engineering for IGA solutions using Okta OIG.
• Build lifecycle automation rules and joiner/mover/leaver workflows.
• Configure SCIM connectors and REST API integrations.
