Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced change-focused analyst to support an enterprise IGA solution using Okta Identity Governance. The role emphasizes lifecycle management, governance workflows, and training for end-users.

Key responsibilities include documenting JML requirements, leading UAT, developing SOPs and user communications, and coordinating with stakeholders to drive adoption and continuous improvement. On-site in Washington, DC, with Top Secret clearance and US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of overall work experience.
• Experience in IT modernization, ICAM/identity operations, or process engineering.
• Experience supporting requirements development, workflow documentation, and training for enterprise IT or identity solutions.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle processes, including joiner/mover/leaver (JML) activities, access governance, and role-based workflows.
• Experience facilitating UAT, documenting test results, and supporting solution validation.
• Ability to develop clear, user-friendly documentation, SOPs, and training content.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Active and maintained TOP SECRET clearance; US Citizenship required.
• Ability to work on site in Washington, DC, 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements development for an enterprise IGA solution using Okta Identity Governance (OIG).
• Document Joiner-Mover-Leaver identity lifecycle requirements, governance workflows, role models, and related process updates.
• Build and deliver user training materials for access requests, attestation/certification cycles, identity provisioning workflows, and end-user adoption.
• Facilitate UAT for workflow automation, approvals, and connector behavior, and validate solution readiness.
• Develop SOPs, quick-reference guides, job aids, and user communications to support change management and adoption readiness.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather feedback, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement of the solution.
