Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced identity governance engineer to implement IGA solutions using Okta Identity Governance (OIG). The role focuses on lifecycle automation, role-based access, and cross-team collaboration to deliver scalable governance programs.

Candidates should have 3+ years in IGA/security engineering, strong SCIM/REST integrations expertise, and an active Top Secret clearance along with US citizenship. Travel up to 10% may apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IGA engineering, identity security, or related field.
• Hands-on with Okta Identity Governance (OIG) or similar IGA platforms.
• Experience building workflow automation and lifecycle processes.
• Strong understanding of SCIM, REST/API integrations, entitlement management, and provisioning.
• Experience configuring roles, dynamic groups, SoD policies, and access certification processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot provisioning, synchronization, and integration issues across identity systems.
• Identity data analysis, role mining, and data validation experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Active Top Secret security clearance and US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on technical engineering for IGA solutions, primarily using Okta IGA.
• Build lifecycle automation rules and workflows including Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes.
• Implement SCIM connectors, REST/API integrations, and entitlement catalogs.
• Configure roles, dynamic groups, SoD policies, and access certification logic.
• Troubleshoot provisioning, sync, and connector issues.
• Perform role mining and identity data validation to improve governance outcomes.
• Analyze identity data to support scalable, policy-driven processes.
• Collaborate with security, application, infrastructure, and business teams to translate requirements into IGA solutions.
