Job summary

Guidehouse seeks an ICAM Transition Manager in Washington, DC to maintain Okta Identity Governance operations during transition to steady-state service. You will manage provisioning, deprovisioning, entitlements, and identity lifecycle events to ensure secure access governance and reliable performance.

This role requires 5+ years in IT operations or identity platforms, strong collaboration with stakeholders, and an active Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in IT operations, identity platforms, or enterprise tech.
• Experience with identity governance, access management, provisioning and lifecycle administration.
• Experience developing and maintaining runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and stabilize Okta Identity Governance (OIG) operations during transition to steady-state.
• Manage provisioning, deprovisioning, entitlements, and identity lifecycle events.
• Monitor connector health, synchronization jobs, and data quality for reliable performance.
• Resolve workflow and governance exceptions; escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and production documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to support issue resolution and readiness.
