Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Identity Governance professional in the DC area to execute hands-on IGA engineering, primarily with Okta Identity Governance (OIG). You will build lifecycle automation, configure SCIM connectors, and manage roles, dynamic groups, and SoD policies for secure provisioning.

The role requires 3+ years in IGA/security engineering, strong data analysis, and active Top Secret clearance. Travel up to 10% and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of overall work experience.
• Experience in IGA engineering or related identity/security engineering role.
• Hands-on experience with Okta Identity Governance (OIG) or similar IGA platforms.
• Experience building workflow automation, lifecycle processes, and identity governance solutions.
• Strong understanding of SCIM, REST/API integrations, entitlement management, and provisioning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on technical engineering for IGA solutions using Okta Identity Governance (OIG).
• Build lifecycle automation rules and joiner-mover-leaver processes with approvals.
• Implement SCIM connectors, REST/API integrations, and entitlement catalogs for provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Configure roles, dynamic groups, SoD policies, and access certification logic.
• Troubleshoot provisioning, synchronization, and connector issues.
• Perform identity data analysis, role mining, and data validation to improve governance outcomes.
• Collaborate with security, applications, infrastructure, and business teams to translate requirements into IGA solutions.
