Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior identity governance architect in the Washington, DC area to design and implement IGA solutions using Okta OIG. Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of overall work experience.
• Solutions Architect or similar identity/security architecture role focused on IGA/ICAM design.
• Hands-on experience with Okta OIG or similar IGA platforms.
• Strong knowledge of RBAC, ABAC, SoD, access certifications, and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience designing and integrating SCIM/API-based identity solutions.
• Ability to define identity data models, attribute schemas, and normalization standards.
• Led technical design sessions and architecture reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of Zero Trust principles in identity architecture.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• U.S. Citizenship and active Top Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Architect identity governance and administration solutions using Okta OIG to support lifecycle workflows.
• Define identity attribute schemas and governance workflows.
• Design and implement RBAC/ABAC models and SoD structures.
• Architect SCIM/API integrations with authoritative sources and apps.
• Lead engineering direction and integration strategy discussions.
• Ensure alignment with Zero Trust and domain best practices.
• Partner with security, applications, and infra teams to translate requirements into IGA solutions.
