Global Payments is seeking a Head of IAM Product Strategy to lead the IAM team across W-IAM, CIAM, and C‑IAM. You will create a unified strategy aligned to business goals, risk appetite, and growth, and build a rolling 3-year plan with milestones and ROI cases.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Product Management/Strategy within IAM, Security, or Payments/Financial Services.
• 6+ years leading managers and senior PMs.
• Deep expertise in IAM domains: CIAM at scale, Workforce IAM and PAM, and Cloud IAM across hyperscalers.

Responsabilités

• Lead a high-performing IAM product team and drive customer-centric, secure-by-default outcomes.
• Define unified IAM strategy across W-IAM, CIAM, and Cloud IAM aligned to objectives.
• Build 3-year and 12–18 month roadmaps with milestones, outcomes, and ROI cases.
• Make AI foundational to IAM with ML for adaptive auth, risk scoring, and ITDR.
• Reduce identity-related risk across cloud and SaaS, including privileged access and orphaned accounts.
• Grow CIAM as a growth lever with friction-right flows and social login.
• Establish ROI models and report quarterly business outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, SOX, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR/CCPA, PSD2/SCA, Open Banking.
