LPL Financial is seeking an AVP, Product Manager for Identity & Access Management (IAM). The role defines and prioritizes IAM capabilities, guiding delivery with engineering, cybersecurity, and business teams to improve user experience, strengthen controls, and boost operational efficiency.

Leading IAM product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, this role requires collaboration across stakeholders and a structured approach to platform-oriented work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or related tech roles.
• 3+ years in agile delivery with backlog ownership.
• Experience turning business needs into actionable product requirements.
• Cross-functional collaboration with tech, security, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Support IAM product strategy, roadmap, and delivery priorities.
• Define requirements and translate priorities into actionable plans.
• Own feature prioritization and manage dependencies for IAM.
• Create epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Scrum teams to align delivery with stakeholder needs.
• Support release planning, readiness, and post-release follow-up.
• Gather feedback to inform decisions and roadmaps.
• Monitor adoption and identify opportunities to improve.
