Job summary

Global Payments Inc. seeks a Head of IAM Product Management to lead a global Identity & Access Management team and shape strategy for Workforce IAM, CIAM, and Cloud IAM.

You will drive roadmaps, partner with security, risk, and product partners, and champion secure-by-default practices. Candidates bring 12+ years in IAM/product leadership, deep hands-on experience with CIAM platforms, multi-cloud IAM, and strong ROI storytelling.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management/strategy within IAM, security, or payments.
• 6+ years leading managers and senior PMs.
• Deep expertise in CIAM, W-IAM, PAM, and Cloud IAM across AWS/Azure/GCP.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product managers and identity strategists with a customer-centric, secure-by-default approach.
• Define a unified IAM product strategy spanning W-IAM, CIAM, and C-IAM aligned to objectives and growth.
• Build rolling 3-year and 12-18 month roadmaps with milestones and ROI cases.
• Make AI foundational to IAM with ML for adaptive authentication and ITDR.
• Drive a plan to reduce identity-related risk across cloud and SaaS.
