Job summary

LPL Financial LLC is seeking an AVP, Product Manager for the Identity & Access Management (IAM) product area. This role partners with tech, security, and business teams to define requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and drive delivery of IAM capabilities across the firm.

The ideal candidate has extensive product management experience, strong stakeholder collaboration skills, and a track record delivering enterprise platforms with a focus on secure, scalable user experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or a related role within technology-enabled environments.
• 3+ years of experience working in agile delivery environments with direct responsibility for backlog management, prioritization, or product execution.
• Experience translating business needs, user feedback, and technical constraints into product requirements, user stories, and delivery priorities.
• Experience working cross-functionally with technology, security, operations, risk, and business stakeholders.
• Experience supporting delivery of enterprise platforms, internal-facing products, or shared capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the IAM product strategy, roadmap, and delivery priorities aligned to objectives, user needs, and risk considerations.
• Partner with engineering, cybersecurity, operations, and business stakeholders to define product requirements and translate priorities into actionable plans.
• Own prioritization of features, enhancements, defects, and dependencies for IAM capabilities.
• Create, refine, and maintain epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for agile delivery.
• Serve as the primary product partner for Scrum teams supporting IAM capabilities and ensure alignment of stakeholder needs with delivery.
