Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Head of IAM Product Strategy to lead a global Identity & Access Management program. You will define a unified strategy across Workforce IAM, CIAM, and Cloud IAM, and build rolling roadmaps with clear milestones and ROI.

The role emphasizes AI capabilities, risk reduction, and cross-functional leadership in a highly regulated environment. You will drive compliance with PCI DSS, SOX, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR/CCPA, PSD2/SCA, and Open Banking, ensuring identity controls

Qualifications

12+ years in Product Management/Strategy within IAM, Security, or Payments/Financial Services
6+ years leading managers and senior PMs
Deep expertise in IAM domains: CIAM, Workforce IAM, PAM, and Cloud IAM across hyperscalers

Responsibilities

Lead a high-performing team of product managers and identity strategists.
Define a unified IAM product strategy spanning W-IAM, CIAM, and C-IAM.
Build a 3-year and 12–18 month rolling roadmap with milestones and ROI.
Make AI foundational to IAM with ML for authentication, risk scoring, ITDR, and more.
Reduce identity-related risk across cloud and SaaS platforms.
Grow CIAM as a growth lever with friction-right flows and passkeys, etc.
Establish ROI models and report business outcomes quarterly.
Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, SOX, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR/CCPA, PSD2/SCA, Open Banking.
