Job summary
LPL Financial is seeking an AVP, Product Manager to guide the Identity & Access Management (IAM) product area. You will define priorities, collaborate with engineering, security, operations, and risk to deliver secure, scalable IAM capabilities for advisors, employees, and clients.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management or related tech roles.
- 3+ years agile delivery with backlog ownership.
- Experience translating business needs into product requirements and stories.
- Experience working cross-functionally with technology, security, operations, risk, and business stakeholders.
- Experience delivering enterprise platforms or shared internal products.
Responsibilities
- Define IAM strategy, roadmap, and delivery priorities.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations to define requirements.
- Prioritize features, defects, and dependencies for IAM capabilities.
- Create epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with Scrum teams to align priorities with delivery.
