Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information security or CS preferred.
• Typically 10+ years of related experience; 5–6 years in management.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication with executives and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM principles reviews and promote access management.
• Build, oversee, and maintain an enterprise IAM program aligned with goals.
• Translate strategy into an actionable roadmap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors for scalable solutions.
• Educate the enterprise on IAM best practices.
• Develop metrics to monitor IAM controls and performance.
• Prepare updates for senior leadership on security posture.
