Job summary

The Northern Trust Company is seeking a Business Analyst for IAM Strategy & Product Management. The role bridges business needs with cyber security requirements to evolve the IAM program, including IGA, PAM, access controls, and directory services.

You’ll define product vision, collect requirements, and support governance and reporting. You will collaborate with product managers, engineering, risk, and compliance to drive strategy, metrics, and continuous improvement across IAM capabilities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3–7 years in business analysis, product management, consulting, cyber security, or IAM.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to translate requirements into actionable backlog items.

Responsibilities

• Develop IAM strategy, roadmaps, governance, and KPIs.
• Gather requirements and translate them into user stories and backlog items.
• Support agile delivery, UAT, and stakeholder communication.
• Analyze IAM controls, regulatory obligations, and risk; produce dashboards and reports.
