Job summary

Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC) seeks a Head of IAM Product Strategy to own the identity strategy for extremely regulated environments. Lead a team of senior PMs, define a unified IAM strategy across Workforce IAM, CIAM, and Cloud IAM, and drive a three-year roadmap with a rolling 12–18 month plan grounded in investment cases.

You will build ROI models, report quarterly outcomes, and ensure identity controls comply with PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR/CCPA, and data residency requirements while advancing

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IAM product management or product strategy.
• 6+ years leading managers and senior PMs.
• Deep expertise across CIAM at scale, Workforce IAM, and Cloud IAM.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale identity platforms in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Define a unified IAM product strategy across Workforce IAM, CIAM, and Cloud IAM with a 3-year roadmap.
• Lead a team of product managers and identity strategists to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Build ROI models and ensure identity controls meet major regulatory standards (PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR).
• Make AI foundational to identity with adaptive authentication, risk scoring, and ITDR.
