Palo Alto Networks is seeking an Identity & Access Management leader to guide the team building our authentication and authorization systems. You will partner with product managers to shape roadmaps, own delivery, and protect customer data across dashboards, APIs, and services.

With a strong product sense and security-minded approach, you will hire and mentor engineers, drive reliability, set team norms, and collaborate across directorates to align with corporate strategy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with your product manager to assess customer needs, co-create the roadmap, and own delivery against it.
• Balance large investments with steady customer-driven requests to maintain predictability.
• Guide architectural decisions and design in evolving the granular access control framework.
• Hire and onboard engineers, coach them, and evolve team norms and cadence.
• Monitor SLOs, SLAs, and production health to meet reliability goals.
• Collaborate with security and compliance partners on reviews and audits.
