Job summary

You will shape the roadmap, drive architectural decisions, and partner with security and compliance to meet customer commitments.

The role sits between platform engineering and product, with responsibilities to scale the team, maintain reliability, and deliver across customer data access boundaries.

Qualifications

• Partner with a PM to define and own the roadmap.
• Guide architectural decisions for a granular access control framework.
• Hire and onboard engineers and evolve team norms.
• Collaborate with security and compliance partners on reviews and audits.
• Experience building platform capabilities adopted by other teams.
