• Experience leading ambitious platform initiatives across multiple teams.
• Ability to work through ambiguity with customers and partners.
• Experience owning multi-team initiatives from inception to delivery.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems focusing on reliability, security, cost, and time-to-market.
• Strong product sense linking customer requirements to engineering priorities.
• Experience building platform capabilities adopted by other teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead granular access control framework design and architecture.
• Drive cross-team initiatives and negotiate priorities.
• Ship and maintain Go-based platform capabilities on Kubernetes across AWS/GCP.
• Ensure production reliability by monitoring SLOs and addressing risks.
• Reduce toil through architectural and tooling improvements.
• Collaborate with product managers to align roadmaps with customer needs.
• Mentor engineers and help grow the team.
