Responsibilities

• Partner with your PM to assess customer needs, co-create the roadmap, and own delivery.
• Balance large investments with frequent customer requests for predictable delivery.
• Guide architectural decisions for the granular access control framework.
• Hire and onboard engineers; evolve team norms and delivery cadence.
• Monitor SLOs/SLAs and system health to meet reliability goals.
• Collaborate with security and compliance partners on reviews and audits.
