• Strong software engineering foundation with deep system design skills and hands-on experience in Java, PostgreSQL and Redis.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to define and deliver the next version of Authentication and Authorization at Adyen.
• Ensure reliability, performance and scalability; authentication and authorisation are part of Adyen's critical flows.
• Lead hands-on by actively coding, participating in technical discussions, code reviews, and system design.
• Mentor engineers, setting a high-quality bar.
• Foster an inspiring and inclusive team culture of ownership, autonomy, collaboration, accountability and open communication.
• Effectively manage stakeholders throughout the company.
