Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an IAM Engineer to lead M&A integration efforts, consolidating multiple identity providers into a single enterprise SSO platform. You will design and automate identity lifecycle management, access governance, and privileged access controls in a fast-paced, global environment.

The role requires extensive experience with AD, Entra ID, SAML/OIDC/OAuth, and modern IAM tooling. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enforce zero-trust security and audit-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of progressive IAM Engineer experience, with enterprise-scale deployments.
• Strong command of AD, Entra ID, LDAP, and Group Policy management.
• Experience with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM; hands-on IdP governance tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM, M&A integration streams and consolidate disparate IdPs into a unified SSO platform.
• Design, implement, and maintain SSO, LCM, IGA, and PAM across cross-domain environments.
• Develop automated workflows and API-driven integrations for onboarding, transitions, and offboarding.
• Ensure security policies (MFA, least privilege, RBAC) and regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).
