Job summary

Quanta Services in Texas seeks an Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Engineer / Project Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team. This role combines hands-on electrical and instrumentation engineering with project-level technical leadership from design through startup.

You will develop electrical and instrumentation deliverables, define scope, schedule, and budget, coordinate procurement, and review PFDs and P&IDs.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Candidates should be prepared to participate in a technical interview.
• This is a fully office-based position.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical and instrumentation deliverables for energy facilities.
• Define scope, schedule, and budget; coordinate procurement and vendor activities.
• Serve as Project Engineer for assigned projects and coordinate technical execution.
• Provide QA/QC reviews of drawings and cross‑discipline deliverables.
• Support construction, commissioning, and startup with field assistance.
