Job summary

NorthStar Energy Services is seeking an Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Engineer / Project Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team. You will develop electrical and instrumentation deliverables for energy facilities and help define scope, schedule, and budget from design through startup.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Electrical Engineering, 5+ years of related experience with AutoCAD, and a Texas P.E. license or the ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering required.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience, including AutoCAD proficiency.
• Preferred: Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas or ability to obtain one.
• Experience in project engineering or technical lead roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical and instrumentation deliverables for energy facilities.
• Define scope, schedule, and budget; coordinate procurement and vendor activities.
• Provide field support during construction, commissioning, and startup; QA/QC reviews.
