The role emphasizes FE/ Engineer in Training credentials, ABET-accredited degrees, and 3+ years of power-plant I&C experience, with a hybrid schedule requiring in-office work most weeks and occasional travel to client

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (ABET) with strong control systems coursework.
• FE exam passed and Engineer in Training designation.
• 3+ years in power plant/industrial control systems.
• Experience reading/creating logic diagrams and control narratives.

Responsibilities

• Design and specify instrumentation and controls for new power plants and upgrades.
• Work on project teams with other I&C engineers on plant design coordination.
• Prepare specifications for instrumentation and control equipment and installation services.
• Travel to client/vendor sites for reviews and site coordination as needed.
• Mentor others through training sessions and on-the-job learning.
