Job summary

TEKsystems seeks a Construction Manager (Owner's Representative) in Tulsa, OK to support a large hyperscale data center project. You will act as the owner's extension on-site, overseeing construction activities, coordinating with the General Contractor, and communicating progress and risks to leadership.

The role requires construction/PM experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive accountability across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management, project management, or field supervision.
• Strong understanding of schedules, budgets, and project execution.
• Experience coordinating with General Contractors and multiple project stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the owner's representative on-site, supporting overall project execution and construction activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including site leadership, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site walks to monitor progress, quality, and alignment with plans.
• Review contractor updates and reporting to validate schedule progress and milestones.
• Identify risks to schedule, budget, safety, or execution and elevate concerns as needed.
• Assist with construction planning and coordination among stakeholders.
• Track project performance and ensure contractor accountability throughout construction.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
• Navigate complex situations and help resolve conflicts between project teams.
• Support site leadership with informed assessments of progress and project health.
