Job summary

Metrix DCX in Phoenix is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to act as the owner's primary field representative, driving on‑site execution, safety, quality, and turnover across a large hyperscale data center campus.

You will lead day‑to‑day construction activities, manage GCs and EPCs, coordinate with design, commissioning, and project controls, and push for schedule adherence, cost control, and risk mitigation in a fast‑track program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering large-scale construction projects.
• Experience as Senior Construction Manager or Owner's Representative.
• Proven management of GCs, EPCs, and complex project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction activities across a large-scale data center campus.
• Represent the owner in the field and manage contractor relationships.
• Monitor performance, safety, quality, and schedule.
• Coordinate with design, commissioning, and project controls.
• Lead field walks, milestone reviews, and execution planning.
• Identify construction risks early and drive timely resolution.
