Job summary

Connect Search, LLC is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead a large-scale data center project with a design-build focus. You will drive performance across design-build teams, align with client goals, and serve as the liaison to owner’s representatives and executives.

Responsibilities include managing the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through commissioning, overseeing MEP/Civil/Structural integration, and controlling schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction management, with data centers or mission-critical projects.
• Experience with design-build or IPD delivery models; owner's rep preferred.
• Deep understanding of MEP systems and data center infrastructure.
• Proficient with P6/MS Project and tools like Procore, Bluebeam, or BIM 360.
• Strong communication to influence site crews and executive-level clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Lifecycle: Manage preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.
• Owner & Stakeholder Relations: Central point of contact for owner's rep, translating updates for executives.
• Design-Build Integration: Oversee design-build partners for constructability, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.
• Infrastructure Oversight: Coordinate MEP, civil/site, and structural integration for commissioning readiness.
• Project Controls: Monitor schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation.
