Job summary

CBRE in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Owner Representative / Project Manager to lead data center construction projects onsite. You will manage budget, schedule, and vendor compliance, coordinating with design teams and contractors through project closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering.
• Solid understanding of MEP construction management with a track record of leading capital projects.
• 5 or more years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Master Project Schedule with the general contractor based on the Critical Path and milestones.
• Create and manage the Master Project Budget, including soft and hard costs, bonds, insurance and contingencies.
• Support contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis and recommendations.
• Support contract negotiation with client and legal counsel, including GC terms and fees.
• Coordinate Design Team activities and permit/approvals processes.
• Ensure AE completes required city/authority approvals and constructability reviews.
• Provide cost estimates with subs and vendors for scope changes.
• Coordinate Value Engineering and cash flow projections monthly.
• Lead vendor coordination and OAC/related project meetings.
• Advance close-out processes, warranties, and as-builts documentation.
