TEKsystems seeks an experienced Construction Manager for a large-scale data center project in Fort Worth, TX. You will partner with site leadership, manage daily interactions with the General Contractor, and independently assess construction progress in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.

The role requires strong conflict resolution, business acumen, and risk mitigation capabilities, with prior data center construction preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management experience on large-scale projects.
• Ability to walk the site, review progress, and validate contractor reporting.
