Job summary

Metrix DCX is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to serve as the owner's primary construction representative in the field for a large hyperscale data center campus in Houston. You will lead day-to-day field execution, monitor safety and quality, and drive schedule and cost controls from preconstruction through turnover.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years delivering large-scale projects, strong leadership of GCs/EPCs, and a proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams across critical

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale construction projects.
• Experience as Senior Construction Manager or Owner's Representative.
• Hyperscale data center experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage GCs, EPCs, and complex stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead owner-side field execution and oversee schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
• Represent the owner in the field and manage relationships with GCs and EPCs.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules with project controls.
• Review change orders, contractor pricing, and progress against the plan.
• Coordinate turnover, commissioning, and operational handover with stakeholders.
