Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Owner Representative / Project Manager to lead data center construction projects on site in Tulsa, OK. The role demands a proven track record in vendor compliance to construction agreements and in managing budgets and schedules for sophisticated facilities.

You'll collaborate with GC teams, coordinate design, permitting, cost control, and QA/QC, while advancing closeout documentation and final inspections to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering.
• Solid understanding of MEP construction management with a solid track record of leading capital projects.
• 5 or more years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Data Center construction projects and manage budget and schedule.
• Develop Master Project Schedule with GC and critical path.
• Establish Master Project Budget including soft/hard costs, bonds, insurance.
• Support pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis.
• Coordinate Design Team and manage city/authority approvals.
• Lead cost/change control, including change order negotiations.
• Produce monthly cash flow projections.
