Job summary

Overwatch Mission Critical is seeking an experienced construction project leader to manage hyperscale data center development on-site. You will coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors to meet milestones, ensure safety, and maintain quality throughout the build.

The role requires 5-10+ years in construction management, with a strong understanding of MEP systems and experience in large-scale projects. A valid driver’s license and OSHA 10 are preferred for site operations.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of construction management experience, preferably in mission-critical or data center projects.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure construction projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems.
• OSHA 10 required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities for hyperscale data center development.
• Ensure activities align with schedule, budget, and technical specs.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to meet milestones.
• Manage contractor performance and contractual obligations.
• Facilitate coordination meetings and track progress across workstreams.
• Monitor schedules, review reports and change orders, and support budget tracking.
• Ensure QA/QC and commissioning readiness and safety compliance.
• Maintain strong on-site leadership and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
