Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction management, project management, capital project delivery, or related experience.
• Ownership of complex construction projects, including scope, schedule, budget, contractor management, and project outcomes.
• Experience with project budgeting, forecasting, cost management, contracts, and change orders.
• Experience leading projects through commissioning, turnover, and operational readiness.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive project execution with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own the successful delivery of data center construction projects from planning through commissioning and turnover.
• Lead contractor performance and accountability for safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Manage project schedules, identify risks, recovery plans, and mitigation strategies.
• Drive cross-stakeholder execution across contractors, consultants, engineers, commissioning teams, and operations partners.
• Support contract administration, change orders, cost control, budget forecasting, and negotiations.
• Monitor financial performance and forecast capital expenditures.
• Review status, identify gaps, implement corrective actions to maintain delivery.
• Collaborate with project controls and scheduling teams to maintain schedules.
• Lead commissioning readiness and turnover planning for handoff to ops.
• Conduct site walks, progress reviews, contractor meetings to validate performance.
• Escalate risks and drive resolution plans.
• Promote safety culture, accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement.
