Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Structural Design Technician to support the Advanced Manufacturing Data Centers team across the United States. You will contribute to the design of hyperscale data centers, develop and update structural drawings, and coordinate building systems with project teams.

Working with structural engineers and designers, you’ll create accurate construction documents, support project standards, and share knowledge with teammates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years drafting/design experience in the structural field.
• At least 1 year of Revit.
• At least 3 years AutoCAD design experience.
• At least 2 years of Revit experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design of hyperscale data centers and mission‑critical facilities.
• Develop and update structural drawings and BIM models with engineers.
• Coordinate building systems and existing conditions for projects.
• Produce clear construction documents and perform quality reviews.
