Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Structural Design Technician to support the Advanced Manufacturing Data Centers team. You will contribute to designing hyperscale data centers, developing structural drawings, and coordinating systems with engineers and designers across the United States.

Responsibilities include producing construction documents, utilizing Revit and AutoCAD, and sharing knowledge with teammates. Hybrid work policy encourages collaboration while enabling some remote work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years drafting/design experience in structural field.
• 1+ year Revit experience.
• 3+ years AutoCAD design experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update structural drawings and models for data center projects.
• Coordinate building systems and existing conditions with project teams.
• Produce clear, accurate construction documents and BIM models.
• Support project coordination and quality reviews using 2D drafting and BIM tools.
