As a Construction Project Manager - Structural, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of structural construction activities for large-scale data center and infrastructure projects. You will oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractor performance, procurement activities, and customer relationships while ensuring structural scopes are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements. This role requires strong knowledge of structural construction practices, including foundations, reinforced concrete, structural steel, underground structures, and site development activities. Success requires effective leadership, financial management, and communication skills, along with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while maintaining safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
