Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major hyperscale data center developments and large-scale infrastructure projects across North America. You will oversee safety, client satisfaction, contract administration, and financial performance while guiding project teams through complex execution.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of related experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven client-facing track record on large projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of related experience on large-scale mission-critical projects.
• Experience serving as a primary client-facing representative on major construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project execution from pursuit to turnover.
• Manage major mission-critical projects or multiple concurrent projects with full responsibility for safety, schedule, quality, and financial performance.
• Directly supervise and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers.
• Review contracts, scopes of work, budgets, schedules, and staffing requirements.
• Develop execution strategies, procurement plans, staffing plans, forecasting models, and risk mitigation.
• Promote a strong safety culture across all activities.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, standards, and regulations.
