Job summary

Brookfield Asset Management Inc is seeking an Operations Project Manager for Safe Harbor and multiple sites in Pennsylvania. The role reports to the Sr. Manager of Operations and focuses on policy development, compliance, and project delivery across hydro facilities.

You will work with field personnel to update procedures, support NERC/PJM requirements, and coordinate training and contractor resources. Travel to facilities is required.

Qualifications

3+ years of hydro power plant operations experience.
Knowledge of hydro station regulatory compliance, NERC, and PJM requirements preferred.
Experience managing projects preferred.
PA Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

Support special projects and operational support functions for Safe Harbor and other sites.
Develop and update local O&M procedures with field personnel.
Support NERC compliance updates and PJM testing processes.
Assist with training and contractor coordination for site operations.
Manage projects within the operations budget from design to commissioning.
Coordinate with Assets team to integrate CapEx upgrades into operations.
Assist with LOTO policy updates and related safety procedures.
May cover site supervision as needed.
