Manager of Operations and help implement procedures and compliance programs. Responsibilities include developing local O&M procedures with field personnel, supporting NERC and PJM updates, training staff, managing projects within the operations budget from design to commissioning, and integrating CapEx upgrades into daily

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hydro power plant operations experience.
• Knowledge of hydro station regulatory compliance (NERC, PJM) preferred.
• Experience managing projects preferred.
• PA Driver’s License required.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support special projects and operational support for multiple sites.
• Develop and update local O&M procedures with field personnel.
• Assist with NERC compliance updates and PJM requirements.
• Streamline preventative maintenance documentation for the region.
• Coordinate employee training using contractors or internal staff.
• Manage projects within the operations budget from design to commissioning.
• Integrate CapEx upgrades into plant operations and update procedures.
• Update LOTO procedures and related safety protocols.
• Act as contract monitor for operations projects.
• Cover site supervision as needed.
