Brookfield Renewable N.A. is seeking an Operations Project Manager in Conestoga, PA to support multiple hydro sites. You will report to the Sr.

Manager of Operations and manage local O&M procedures, compliance updates, and training coordination for sites including Safe Harbor, Holtwood, and Wallenpaupack. The role requires 3+ years in hydro plant operations, knowledge of NERC/PJM needs, and a valid PA driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hydro power plant operations experience.
• Familiarity with NERC and PJM requirements preferred.
• PA Driver’s License.
• Experience managing projects preferred.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical prints.

Responsabilités

• Execute tasks assigned by the Sr. Manager of Operations.
• Develop and update local O&M procedures with field personnel.
• Support NERC Compliance with RCP updates for sites.
• Ensure compliance with PJM and NERC testing procedures.
• Assist with training and onboarding for region including contractor-led sessions.
