Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering; 5–7 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and direction of a USW represented workforce in operation, maintenance and construction activities on hydroelectric plants.
• Lead by example to ensure safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Ensure compliance with environmental policies and regulatory requirements.
• Review and develop operations and maintenance procedures; monitor workmanship and performance.
• Assist with budget analysis, bid processes and contracted labor procurement.
• Travel as necessary to manage facilities and projects; coordinate with engineers and contractors.
