Qualifications

• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical prints.
• Strong safety mindset and PPE compliance.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and external entities.

Responsibilities

• Operate the 417MW Safe Harbor Hydro-Electric Generating Station safely and efficiently.
• Perform 24/7 station operation, including rotating 12-hour shifts.
• Coordinate high voltage switching with Control Center, transmission companies and Amtrak.
