Job summary

Brookfield Asset Management Inc. seeks an Operations Project Manager to support multiple hydro-electric sites. The role will coordinate local O&M procedure updates, ensure compliance with NERC and PJM, and manage projects from inception through commissioning within the operations budget.

You will work with field personnel, organize training, and oversee contractor engagements to implement equipment upgrades and process improvements across Safe Harbor and related facilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hydro power plant operations experience.
• Knowledge of hydro station regulatory compliance, NERC, and PJM requirements preferred.
• Experience managing projects preferred.
• Valid PA driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Support special projects and operational support functions for multiple sites (Safe Harbor, Holtwood, Wallenpaupack, West Delaware, Lamokin).
• Develop and update local O&M procedures with field personnel.
• Assist NERC compliance with RCP updates and PJM rule changes.
• Assist with training and contractor coordination for required safety and equipment training.
• Manage projects within the operations budget from design to commissioning and integration.
