• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical assistance during installation and troubleshooting of hydraulic systems.
• Guide customers through routine maintenance to extend system longevity.
• Train customer teams on use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hydraulic systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to resolve technical challenges.
• Create and maintain technical documentation (user manuals, troubleshooting guides, training materials).
• Collect customer feedback and relay to product development.
• Support sales with technical expertise during meetings and trade shows.
• Monitor industry trends to recommend product enhancements.
