Qualifications

• 3+ years troubleshooting commercial or industrial equipment in technical support.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and hands-on PLC experience.
• Willing to travel 15%+ with a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Own every case from first call to resolution.
• Troubleshoot control panels and hydraulic circuits.
• Build and maintain the troubleshooting knowledge base.
• Travel to customer sites for repairs and training.
