Job summary

Motion is seeking a Field Service Technician II to service hydraulic systems and related equipment at customer sites across the region. Under general supervision, you will install, calibrate, diagnose, and repair equipment, with a focus on safety and reliability.

You will lead on-site visits, perform preventive maintenance, document findings, and train customers on operation and maintenance. A technical degree and 3–5 years of field experience are typical requirements, along with strong

Responsibilities

Performs on-site services for new and existing clients, including emergency repairs and upgrades on a 24/7 on-call basis.
Responsible for installation, diagnostics, repair and support for equipment at customer sites.
Diagnose problems, assess severity, document findings and decide on repair or replacement of parts.
Conducts technical analysis of product implementations and modifications per customer specs.
Keeps customers informed on service status and recommends system enhancements or repairs.
Ensures compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
